At Chromatec Manufacturing we place high importance of inspection throughout our manufacturing process.
A typical production assembly will incur many inspection stages starting with bare PCB inspection through to paste, placement and reflow checks. We understand how expensive it is to find and repair faults after the card hits test so our objective is to have as many cards as possible pass test first time around – and that can only be achieved by attention to detail.
The comprehensive and detailed analysis of each individual PCB, gives not only feedback on the manufacturing process, but ensures that each PCB is manufactured correctly, and will have a very high chance of performing first time around.
Chromatec Manufacturing also offers a comprehensive range of PCB and electronic functional testing services. From simple power checks, to a complete box build which is specific to individual customer testing requirements.
